Advised baking temperature is up to 320 °C. At that level, baking takes about 16-17 minutes for bread types which dough weight less than 400 gr. For toast bread and such as products, it is about 35-40 minutes (for 700-900 gram dough weight). Diesel consumption is 5,5 liter for EN 6080, 9,5 liter for EN 80100 model. To operate the machine; three phase electric (380 V – 3 KWA, 50-60 Hz), water inlet and outlet, chimney connections are necessary. Stainless or painted outside lids, extra service packet for better recondition, special burner and electric voltage request, technician service from our company are optional. The machine is shipped in demounted position as shown below and when it is located and fixed into bakery; connections are made, isolation material is located and lids are mounted.
