Terms & Conditions of Sale 

• All the machines that we sell are used and they are reconditioned as a new one. Shipped machines may not be same as shown at our web site. Becasue we are collecting different type of machines from the market.
  
  
• The water content in the dough must be around 50%-65% in order to get best result. We don't have responsibility about operation of the machines  if dough contains more or less water percentage then declared above.
  
  
• We are able to arrange packing & shipping worldwide. All the machines except ovens are shipped on a pallet and packed properly.
  
  
• All used equipment sales are final. No returns, no refunds.
  
  
• We urge you to ask as many questions as you feel needed before making your purchase. Because if you buy a piece of equipment to perform a task that may not be it's original purpose, we dose unable to exchange the item.
  
  
• Outside  lids of the machines can be stainless steel or painted on request of client. So please clarify your choose before making your purchase.
  
  
• We can not be held the ordered machines without a non-refundable deposit. Once a deposit is received, the equipment will be taken off the market and held for the buyer for up to 10 business days giving time for full payment to be made. After 10 business days, at the discretion of Elba, the item may be put back up for sale to the public and the deposit will not be refunded, but may be used to purchase other equipment within a month period, from the date of the original signed quotation. If no purchase is made within a month period, the deposit will be kept by us and the purchase/sale agreement considered void.
  
  
• We does not offer credit terms. Acceptable payment terms are bank transfer before then shipment or irrevocable LC. All the expenses of LC belong to buyer.
  
  
• Shipping or delivery dates are approximate. We will not be held liable for failure to delivery due to strikes, suppliers' delays, changes requested by the Buyer, or any causes beyond it's control. We will not be liable for loss of revenue due to delayed delivery or installation of equipment.
  
  
• All shipping expenses are payable by the buyer and will be included for payment on the final invoice.
  
  
• Unless otherwise stated, the purchase price is Ex-Works.
  
  
• Equipment that is in stock can usually ship within 4-6 days of receipt of full payment. For the machines not in stock the delivery time must be asked to us. Spare parts usually ship within one day of receipt of payment including courier service.
  
  
• All other taxes abroad, are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
  
  
• Prices are stated in Euro. Prices subject to change without notice.
  
  
• If the equipment does not work when it is delivered, we will provide parts to make the machine work properly, with the exception of damages occurring during freight. Claims for damage in transit must be made by the consignee with the carrier. We assume no responsibility for damages while in transit.
  
  
• Used Equipment is sold with a 30 day parts only warranty, unless otherwise specified.
  
  
• It shall be the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that any equipment purchased from our company is installed and operated in a proper and safe manner. Purchaser also acknowledges that it may have to install or change guards, safeties, warnings or other components to ensure that the machine will conform to all laws, regulations, ordinances, codes, insurance requirements and industry standards. Purchaser agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless us from and against all suits, claims, costs and expenses, including attorneys fees, for personal injury, death, property damage or loss revenue arising from the purchase, ownership or use by the purchaser.
  
  
• The orders are accepted and confirmed only if passed by the customer in writing. Verbal or phone agreements are not binding till written confirmation is received.
  
  
• Installation of machines at destination  belongs to buyer. Machines can be installed by our technician on request of client. The cost of this service changes according to the country.
